Samsung may bring Galaxy Note 5 launch forward to beat new iPhones to market

With fears the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will further eat into its smartphone sales, Samsung is gearing up to launch its new Galaxy Note 5 before Apple’s devices hit the market. Sources familiar with the South Korean company’s plans say the new phablet will go on sale in mid-August.
