A Second patent complaint was filed last friday with the International Trade Commission reveals that Apple wants to stop the sale of several HTC devices that Apple claims infringe on their patent.
“I take it that Apple is sceptical of the outcome of that ongoing ITC investigation and, therefore, wants a second try with potentially stronger patents.†Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents commented.
This new compalint is in the matter of portable electronic devices and related software Complaint No.2828,U.S. International Trade Commission (Washington).
