Any blue screen now black screen of death fix without updating?

Had ipad mini on ios 8.something and used Cydia impactor/eraser and it came back to 9.0.2 and was trying pangu to jb. And it got to 90% stopped and said try again. And then froze and started flashing apple logo blue screen black screen and now it just does apple logo and black
