First Australia and now the European Union, Apple has just won a preliminary injunction to stop Samsung from selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the European Union except for The Netherlands.
dpa, The leading German news agency has just reported that the Regional Court of Düsseldorf has ruled in favor of Apple , Granting Apple a preliminary injunction to stop the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the EU, Apple filled another similar law suit in the Netherlands. If Samsung continue to sell the tablet, the company will face fines of up to $350,000 for each violation.This preliminary injunction is about a design-related intellectual property right, not about hardware or software patents.
