yalu jailbreak ipad mini 3?

Ok so I used cydia impactor and got yalu beta 6 for my ipad mini 3 which is on ios 10.2 . I ran the app and after it restarted my ipad mini 3, cydia is no where on my device. I go into the yalu app and it says already jailbroken. I have erased everything and resetted my device and tried it again. Still the same thing? Why is cydia not showing? How do I get it to work?
