A New Round in the fight between Apple and Samsung has begun by Samsung Court ordered to Pull it’s Galaxy Tab 7.7 from the IFA trade show in Berlin. Check the rest after the jump.
Samsung said Monday it is complying with a Düsseldorf court’s decision to suspend sales of its Galaxy Tab 7.7, which was unveiled last week at the IFA trade show in Berlin. The same court last month issued a similarinjunction on Galaxy Tab 10.1, after Apple accused Samsung of copying elements of the design of its iPad tablet. Both court orders are preliminary injunctions that will be subject to a review Friday, when a judge will decide whether to leave them in place or lift them until the patent case goes to trial.
Apple has Also won an injunction in Netherlands that can cover most of the EU.
