ipad pro 9.7 inch

Through 2010-2017, apple has released 10 models of iPad having some difference among features and design. As there are some rumors spread all over the cloud about apple releasing iPhone 7s & 8 this year along with iOS 11, the iPad lineup will also see an update as we may witness 4 newer versions of iPad this year.

Although different rumors have details about new upcoming iPads, but none of them provided any specific in-depth details about what model Apple is going to launch this year and what kind of features it will have.

According to a new report from Mac Otakara, apple is going to launch 3-4 iPad device models. The new release may include 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch devices. Apple will launch a new model of iPad Pro with 9.7-inch display. This new tablet will be called iPad Pro 2 which will include A10X processor and some other minor updates. If the rumor turns out to be true and apple indeed releases iPad Pro 2, then it will be intended to take place of iPad Air 2 in the market.

Nowadays iPad Pro is available at price of $599 whereas the 9.7-inch iPad Air 2 is at $399. So, if apple is releasing the iPad Pro 2, they could just do it with a simple press release announcing the device with some key changes to the specs and it won’t be surprising if we see a price drop as well.

This sudden focus on Apple about the launch of new products in March stems from a report from MacRumors that stated apple plans on launching new products in the coming week even when the company has not even sent the invites yet. This report has some news about upcoming iPad devices; these devices include 3 newer iPad models: 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and specs updated 12.9-inch iPad Pro, said the report.

A recent rumor about Apple launching 10.5-inch iPad Pro along with a newer 12.9-inch variant suggested that Apple could host an event in April at its brand new Apple Park building.
