No one can expect an end for the Apple – Samsung war ! And no one can expect Samsung winning in any round, even in South Korea, when Samsung announced that it will prevent Apple from selling the iPhone and iPad, but the request denied. And before, Apple managed to convince the Dutch court to ban three of Samsung’s smartphones due to patent infringement.
In Australia, the story repeated itself with Samsung’s Galaxy Tab, when Samsung’s lawyer was unable to distinguish between Galaxy Tab and the iPad during the court hearing.
Personally, I think one side will eventually fall, and it will fall hard. But the question is which side? What about your thought? Let us remember when put your comment that Samsung is a major supplier of components for Apple.
