Apple Only Has a Couple of Weeks to Solve iPhone 8’s Touch ID Problem

At this point, it is unclear if Apple will ship the iPhone 8 with a fingerprint scanner embedded into its display, place it at the rear, or ditch it altogether. Rumors from various sources have been split on the position and inclusion of Touch ID on the iPhone 8 so far, and a new report from Barron’s claims that Apple now has just a few weeks to solve this fingerprint dilemma.
