Qualcomm Says CCIA Comprising of Tech Giants Like Samsung, Intel ‘Misdirecting’ ITC with Coordinated Effort

Qualcomm has responded to the filing by the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) against its ongoing legal battle vs Apple in which the latter argued against an iPhone import ban in the US. The group represents tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Intel, and Samsung who accused Qualcomm of anticompetitive practices in their filing.
