Report: Apple Looking to Invest $1 Billion on Original Programming with Plans to Produce up to 10 New Shows by 2018

A new report from the WSJ claims that Apple is looking to keep aside $1 billion for the production of original programming. Following the mediocre reviews of Planet of the Apps and Carpool Karaoke, Apple’s renewed interest in original content is understandable. Apple is apparently going to produce 10 new TV shows by 2018.
