Well, there`s a Mac app for this now. It`s called “Type2Phone” and it transforms your computer into a wireless Bluetooth keyboard. So, basically navigate to settings, enable Bluetooth, pair your iMac and iDevice and start typing using your physical iMac keyboard and it`ll instantly show on your iDevice. Yes, as simple as that. The application remembers the pairing details for you, and you can select each device from a pop-up menu.
Besides it`s really useful for developers. They can easily and instantly type into text fields, text views which gives a better view of what they are doing. With this app, devs can do text entry as well as their normal development tasks.
It`s really great guys, and it saves a lot of time. Check it out now on the app store for $4.99
