More good news on the long-awaited, highly-anticipated A5 devices (iPhone 4S and iPad 2) jailbreak. P0sixninja, well-known hacker, respected member of the Chronic Dev Team and the mind behind the jailbreak tool Green Poison announced in a tweets thread today the possbilibty of a making a new jailbreak for A5 devices.
It is not clear, however, whether this jailbreak is going to be tethered or untethered, but the team with the help of Pod 2G are putting a lot of hours and effort into arriving at a jailbreak for A5 devices and hopefully they will bring us wonderful news soon.
In his tweets, P0sixninja advised everyone to update to iOS 5.0.1 except for unlockers.
As you know of course, A4 devices untethered jailbreak was released a short while ago performed by the Chronic Dev Team and the iPhone Dev Team. To untether jailbreak your A4 devices, you could use Cydia package “Corona“ if you are on iOS 5.0.1 tethered, but if you are on stock iOS 5.0.1, you will need RedSnow.
