Yesterday, Apple seeded iOS 5.1 beta 3 to developers bringng back 3G toggle to the iPhone and with various bug fixes, and after less than 10 hours from the seeding developer Sonny Dickinson could uncover many information I’m sure it will surprise us.
A new section in the keyboard menu in iOS 5.1 b3 called “About Privacy and Dictation“. The new section indicates that Apple is working on bringing at least the Dictation part of Siri to its tablet. But that doesn’t mean we’ll see Siri for iPad in iOS 5.1 public release. It means that Siri is coming to the iPad 3. There’s a small probability Apple will port Siri on its iPad 2 as it’s better for it to Siri iPad 3-exclusive.
