Another ETA rumor for the next gen iPad 3. Japanese blog Macorakara which brought us previous iPad 3 rumors claims that Apple will announce the next gen iPad during an event held in March which will be followed by another release event for the device.
In case you forgot, Macotakara has previously claimed according to supply sources that Apple will hold an event in February during which the iPad 3 will be released. Now, the Japanese blog says there will be two events and described the February one as “strange†in that it will not be a product announcement event.
“I reported that Apple was going to hold Special Event in early February according to Asian supplier and source from united states, but this report told a half-side of truth. Apple will hold “Strange†event at February instead of Special Event.
This rumor is countered by another brought by Jim Dalrymple who said that Apple is not planning an event in February.
As we heard before, the iPad 3 is rumored to feature a Retina Display double the resolution of the current iPad 2.
We will await an official release by Apple.
